The Board of Management is the governing body for the Wheatbelt NRM Incorporated and comprises up to ten Board Directors. The role of the Board of Management is detailed in the Constitution (refer to www.wheatbeltnrm.org.au/constitution).

Types of Board Directors
There are two types of elected Board Directors:

1. Sub-catchment Board Directors (one for each of Avon, Lockhart and Yilgarn Sub-catchments); and
2. Catchment Board Directors.

The Sub-catchment Board Directors have the additional role of chairing a Sub-catchment Reference Group that represents local community members and provides the Board’s key interface to members of the public.
